Player Withdrawals

As per Belnorth policy players must request withdrawal in writing by completing a 'Player Refund Request Form'  and sending via email or by sending to the club's post office box. No refunds are granted purely on the basis of a verbal conversation.   The refund policy details are contained on the request form or by clicking here.

Please note that the 3% processing fee applied by MyFootballClub to pay through their web portal is non-refundable.


Family Rebate

As per Belnorth policy families consiting of siblings and their parents can request a family rebate by completing a 'Family Rebate Request Form' and sending via email or by sending to the club's post office box. No rebates are granted purely on the basis of a verbal conversation. This request is to be submitted after payment and is the best way in our view that we can manage a 'Family Discount' while also keeping track of how much we are offering in subsidies and discounts.  Further details are contained on the request form.

    Please Note: The amount of each family rebate will be calculated taking into account the number of players, the mix of juniors and seniors and the overall total cost to the family.
