Belnorth Registration - General

 

Registrations for Rooball (U5 to U9) are still available via the 'My Football Club' online system.

 

Self registration for SSG (U10 – U12) and Competitive (U13-U17) has been closed so we can manage the numbers in these teams. However we still have places left in most age groups, so if you would like to register please send an email to the appropriate registrar as noted below, with the following details:

Please also include details for two emergency contacts including name, telephone numbers and email.

 

Registrars are:

The Registrars will advise whether or not we can accept the registration based on availability in each age group.

 

 

Belnorth will be taking registrations for 2013 via the 'My Football Club' online system starting on 22nd January 2013.

Belnorth encourages its members to pay through the MFC system but please read “How do I pay” for information on other forms of payment. Furthermore it should be noted that payments should be made to be considered for Selection Trials.

If you would prefer to register in person, we will have a registration day on the 9th of February 2013 from 10am to 1pm at the Belconnen Soccer Club at McKellar, however on-line registration is the preferred and advised method.

How to Register on My Football Club:

Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au and click on “Register Now”. Scroll down and click on “Player Registration”.

Select which option suits you.

I have logged into MyFootballClub and registered online previously.

If you select the first option and have misplaced your FFA number and password, simply click on the “Get FFA” and “Get password”. As long as you still have the same email address this option is easy. If your email address has changed you will have to contact the MFC hotline to get them to change your email address in the MFC system before you can proceed.

Once you have logged in, click “Register Now”.

Check all of the details. Ensure the parent’s details are correct and make sure that the Emergency Contact #2 details are either left completely blank, or completely filled in. The system will not let you proceed if the details are not completed.

If the next page comes up as “no packages available” this is possibly due to you registering for Summer Futsal. Simply click okay and then change the Club name to Belnorth. Wait for the dropdown menu as it must read Belnorth FC (Club).

Select Player and then the Package.

Click “Add”.

Click “Next”.

Read and acknowledge the terms – you must scroll down to acknowledge all of the terms. Click “Next”.

Then continue to follow the questions and prompts until your registration is complete.

 

 

I have never self-registered or logged into MyFootballClub before.

If you select the second option then follow the links and prompts. Fill in the form in the player’s name if you are a parent. Once completed an email will be sent to your registered email address with an FFA number and password.
Once you have these start back at www.myfootballclub.com.au and click on “Register Now”. Scroll down and click on “Player Registration”.

Once you have logged in, click “Register Now”.

Check all of the details. Ensure the parent’s details are correct and make sure that the Emergency Contact #2 details are either left completely blank, or completely filled in. The system will not let you proceed if the details are not completed.

Type Belnorth into the club section – wait for the drop down menu as it must read Belnorth FC (Club).

Select Player and then the Package.

Click “Add”.

Click “Next”.

Read and acknowledge the terms – you must scroll down to acknowledge all of the terms. Click “Next”.

Click “Invoice Me”.

Logout

To complete your registration payment go to “How do I pay”.

Confirmation of registration:

As we are a volunteer club and do these roles in our spare time we do not have the capacity to provide receipts or confirmation of individual registrations.
Your registration is deemed completed if an invoice has been sent to your registered email address. Once payment has been confirmed by the Treasurer, your registration will be made Active in MFC. This can take up to two weeks depending on your method of payment.

New players to Belnorth:

Please see the relevant age group links under Main Menu for further information on what happens after registering.

Registrations will close on 1st March 2012 and then any spaces still available will be on a first come basis.
